Important Terms & Conditions
Reward Points
- Equipment reward points only apply to a complete HVAC replacement (condenser, air handler/furnace, and evaporator)
- Reward points are redeemable for equipment only — not parts, service, or cash
Warranty & Coverage Exclusions
- Does not cover manufacturer warranty processing fees ($100 fee applies)
- Excludes duct cleanings
- Does not cover theft, neglect, or damages
- Does not cover condensation leak damage to property
- Non-transferable to other owners, addresses, or units
- Platinum+ downgrades to Platinum membership after 10 years
- Cancellation of Platinum+ before 10 years forfeits the 10-year labor warranty
- Pricing subject to change upon renewal
